Fair use of NMCNCHECK

NMCNCHECK is an independent public-interest platform sponsored by Academic Nightingale. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria or any school listed on the platform.

School listings are compiled from public regulatory records and other information supplied for review. Where a school can be matched confidently, its detail page may include the programme, accreditation level, decision date, remarks, and page reference recorded in the December 2025 approved-schools list.

A displayed record is a dated snapshot, not a legal guarantee of current approval. Accreditation can change and may differ by campus or programme. You are responsible for confirming the exact institution and programme with the relevant regulator before applying, travelling, or paying fees.

You must sign in to contribute. Ratings are limited to one per account and network for each school. Reviews should describe genuine experiences. Anonymous reviews hide the author's name from the public, but the identity remains available to moderators.

Student ratings and participation may affect a school's position in the directory. A ranking reflects community activity on NMCNCHECK and is not an official regulatory assessment.

Misconduct reports are reviewed before publication. We may reject, edit, unpublish, or retain submissions to protect privacy, reduce abuse, or improve clarity. Publication does not prove an allegation. Schools may contact us to provide context or request a correction.

Do not submit threats, harassment, impersonation, spam, private medical information, personal addresses, phone numbers, payment card details, or statements you know are false. Do not use the platform to settle personal disputes or target private individuals.

The platform may process your account identifier, display name, ratings, reviews, reports, timestamps, and a one-way network hash used to limit duplicate ratings. Public anonymous reviews do not display the author's name. We do not publish the account identity attached to confidential reports.

Messages sent through WhatsApp or X are also subject to those services' privacy practices. Do not send sensitive personal or medical information through social messaging.

NMCNCHECK does not provide legal, regulatory, financial, immigration, or admission advice. We cannot guarantee that every listing or user contribution is complete, current, or error-free. Use the platform as a starting point for further verification.
